We are located in the Meadowbrook Plaza on Route 12 in West Boylston. This location is directly off of exit 4 from Route 190 and on Route 12. Take a left turn to Route 12 north and almost immediately take a left turn into the Meadowbrook Plaza. The entrance to the office is at 360 West Boylston St. on the left side of the Plaza to the right of J&J News. We are on the second floor. At the top of the stairs take a left and we are the 2nd door on the right at room 204.

Take Exit 8 to Rt 4 Southbound
Immediately take Exit 8 to Rt 401 Division Street
At the end of the ramp take a right turn onto Division Street
After 1.6 miles turn left onto Division St at Historical East Greenwich sign
(leave Rt 401)
after 1 mile take right onto Main Street (US Rt 1)
